PelviLates tailored specifically to strengthen and tighten the pelvic floor muscles in coordination with surrounding muscles. We alternate between exercises such as breathing, stretching, contracting the pelvic floor muscles, and combine contractions with your daily life activities.

What can you expect from PelviLates®?
